Returned to UK in 1999 and continued to translate freelance and teach part-time whilst completing an MA in Translation Studies at Portsmouth University. MA awarded with distinction in January 2006 prompting move into full-time translating.

Associate member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting pending examination for full membership. ITI Wessex, Spanish Network and Medical and Pharmaceutical Network member.
